Thriving with ADHD: A Group for Women

$175.00

If you’re a woman with ADHD who feels constantly behind, overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, or buried under unfinished tasks — this group was built for you.

This is a skills-based, shame-free space where you’ll learn how to work with your brain instead of fighting against it.

ADHD Isn’t Just About Focus

ADHD is not a motivation problem.
It’s not laziness.
And it’s not a character flaw.

It’s a regulation difference that impacts:

  • Time – chronic lateness, time blindness, underestimating how long things take

  • Tasks – feeling stuck even when you know exactly what to do

  • Emotions – big reactions, rejection sensitivity, slow recovery

  • Energy – burnout from fighting your brain all day

Many women — especially those diagnosed later in life — have spent years overcompensating and quietly blaming themselves.

ADHD is an explanation — not an excuse.
And explanations lead to better support, not lower expectations.

What Makes This Group Different

This isn’t just education.
And, it isn’t just support.

It’s structured, therapeutic skill-building in a room full of women who understand the lived experience of ADHD.
