While access to good mental health care isn’t perfect, more people are able to access these services than ever before. Depending on your insurance plan you may be able to get your insurance company to cover most of the cost of therapy using your out of network benefits.

We are IN-NETWORK providers* with the following PPO insurance plans:

Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, Oscar, UMR, Optum, All Saver, United Healthcare & SoCal Kaiser Permanente

We are happy to check your insurance benefits prior to your first appointment to learn more about your financial obligations.

Individual sessions*(In-Network Insurance)*: 35-60 minutes: all co-payments are due at the time of service; patient responsibility following claim processing will be charged to the credit card on file.

Individual sessions (in person & virtual): $100 - $275 - We offer a sliding scale as well.

Couples/Family sessions (in person & virtual): $150 - $275

Fees for additional services outside of our scheduled appointments are billed at an agreed upon rate prior to the start of services. Fees are also charged for travel time.

We can help you utilize your out-of-network benefits by issuing you a monthly superbill.

Clients paying our full fee for service rates are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate.
