Does therapy work?

The simple answer is yes, it absolutely works. The more complicated answer is that in order for it to work you need the right provider, need to be honest, and practice the skills learned in between sessions.

How long does it take?

That all depends on you. In general you should see real change within the first 4 sessions. We are not magicians and we can’t make all your problems go away (wouldn’t that be great though!) but if you do the work you’ll feel it quickly.
