Start your new year with intention and ease. Join us for a four-week gentle yoga series designed to help you feel grounded, connected, and at home in your body.

Each Friday morning, we’ll move slowly and mindfully—linking breath with movement, stretching away tension, and cultivating a sense of calm presence that carries into the rest of your week. This class is open to all experience levels, whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to your mat after some time away.

Led by Shannon Savage-Howie, a 500-hour certified yoga instructor and spiritual director, each session offers space to pause, breathe, and begin again—body, mind, and spirit.

Bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes

Come as you are. Leave feeling a little more grounded, a little more spacious, and a little more you.
