How does it work?

Business Balance© involves a structured 3-Step process to help small business owners and their teams improve happiness, productivity and prolonged success personally and professionally.

1. Needs Assessment & Action Plan (Month 1):

- Needs Assessment: During this phase our team works to identify the current state of the business, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

- Creation of an Action Plan: After the Needs Assessment is complete our team will work with you to establish clear & measurable goals to ensure the longevity of your business and your wellbeing.

2. Implementation (Months 2-5):

During this phase we will work together to implement our Action plan. This action plan consists of the following components:

- Skill Development (for you as the business owner and your team): This includes staff development trainings, individual coaching sessions and systems adjustments as needed.

- Productivity and Goal Tracking: Our Coaching Team will have periodic checks in’s to ensure that desired change is happening.

3. Fine tune, Monitor & Future Plan (Months 3-6):

In our 3rd phase we will work to ensure that the changes you have made are working and are sustainable long term. We will also work to future plan for the growth of your company or any foreseeable changes or roadblocks that may occur with business growth and continued success. We will provide you with additional tools to ensure the longevity of your business and your continued well-being.

    Strategic Recommendations: Receive a concise report outlining actionable steps to address identified areas of risk along with personalized solutions.
