how we start

It all starts with a free consultation. During the consultation we will discuss what your goals for treatment are and how long therapy may last. This will also give you a chance to see if we are the right fit for you and your family before making a commitment. 

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE MIDDLE

Once you've scheduled your first appointment we spend some time getting to know one another and setting your goals for therapy. We work from a strength based perspective, using tools from positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and art therapy to help you reach your goals. We believe that therapy should have a clear beginning, middle and end and work hard to help you accomplish your goal.  

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU START TO FEEL BETTER

Once you've started accomplishing your goals we space out the time between our sessions to ensure you're feeling like your best self outside of the therapy room. We then process the changes you have made and celebrate your readiness to live the life you've been wanting.
